Bookings

All appointments are subject to availability. A valid phone number and email are required to confirm bookings. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot.

Payments

Prices listed on our website are in AED and subject to change without prior notice. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

Arrival & Conduct

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest behaving inappropriately or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Health & Safety

Please inform our staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or pregnancy prior to treatment. De Lavender Spa is not liable for complications arising from undisclosed health conditions.

Liability

De Lavender Spa is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises.
