Cancellation Policy

Deposit

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment to receive a full refund of your deposit.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may forfeit the deposit.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time to avoid delaying other guests, with no reduction in price.

No-Shows

Guests who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will forfeit their deposit.

Rescheduling

We are happy to help you reschedule your appointment, subject to availability, if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
